Using a holistic approach, Stephanie addresses physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of health and well being. She has worked with individuals and families for approximately 15 years in a variety of settings. Stephanie is EMDR trained and has received extensive training in trauma based modalities. Stephanie works with a variety of clients including both children and adults and covers a wide range of areas such as depression, parenting, anxiety, abuse, and relationships. Stephanie’s hope for anyone she works with is that they feel heard, seen and supported no matter what challenges they are experiencing. Stephanie is a parent herself to three children, enjoys staying active, reading and cooking.
