Mary Ellen Keeley is a Master’s level counselor and a licensed independent mental health professional. She has worked in this field for over 30 years to provide a non- threatening environment for clients and to create a collaborative approach to therapy. She helps clients identify their personal strengths and develop new skills to enhance well being and growth.

She has extensive experience working with both men and women in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress management, relaxation, mindfulness, grief, trauma/post traumatic stress disorder, life transitions, and spiritual issues.  Mary Ellen has additional experience in treating Adult Children of Alcoholics as well as EMDR and Brainspotting Level I & II trained..
